A leading telecommunications company is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to support the Group CEO. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a corporate setting. The ideal candidate is trustworthy and discreet, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
Provide full administrative, secretarial, and executive support to the Group CEO, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and handling of correspondence and confidential documents with discretion.
Review and analyse financial statements, board papers, business proposals, and other strategic documents; summarise findings and provide concise briefings and recommendations.
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, dashboards, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, including meetings, conferences, and board activities.
Act as a primary liaison between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely, and effective communication and follow-up.
Conduct research and gather data for special projects, corporate planning, and M&A activities.
Manage the day-to-day priorities and activities of the Group CEO’s office, acting as a gatekeeper to optimise time and information flow.
Undertake ad hoc duties, assignments, and special initiatives as directed by the Group CEO.
Job Requirements: -
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a public-listed company or large corporation.
Experience supporting board-related processes and corporate governance is an added advantage.
Possess excellent command of English in both written and spoken, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and integrity in handling confidential matters.
Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
Composed and effective under pressure, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary.

Concurrently, we are active in the construction of solar farms as well as supplying power generation equipment for commercial, retail and factory buildings, and inclusive of installation, commissioning and testing services. M&E is one of the core businesses of OCK Group that provides mechanical and electrical services to housing development projects, commercial high-rise buildings, factories, infrastructures, airports, medical centres and hotels. The Group’s ambitions as a telecommunication tower company was demonstrated when the Group successfully penetrated into two high growth telecommunication tower markets, in Myanmar and Vietnam within a short period of 14 months.
Moving forward, the Group will remain vigilant despite the successes that it has achieved through the implementation of our regional plans. The Group will remain assertive in executing the next phrase of business growth in its aspirations to be an independent ASEN telecommunication tower company.
