Industry: Property Development | Construction | Diversified Businesses

About Us

We are a dynamic and fast-growing conglomerate with core businesses in Property Development and Construction, and expanding interests in Property Management, Hospitality, and E-Commerce. As part of our rapid growth, we’re looking for a bright, outgoing, and highly motivated Personal Assistant to support the Group CEO and help manage high-level business functions.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly organized, confident, and eager to grow professionally. Whether you’re a fresh graduate with potential or have early professional experience, we want to hear from you.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting the Group Chief Executive Officer — managing schedules, coordinating meetings, traveling as needed, and acting as a representative of the company in key business situations.

What You’ll Do

  1. Provide full executive support: scheduling, travel arrangements, communications, and logistics
  2. Draft and proofread emails, documents, and professional business correspondence
  3. Represent the Chairman in meetings, events, and high-level engagements
  4. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on business matters
  5. Track ongoing projects and support timely execution and follow-ups
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business matters with professionalism
  7. Assist in daily office and administrative operations

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
  2. Outgoing, presentable, and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders
  3. Strong critical thinking and communication skills (English proficiency required)
  4. Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
  5. Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including international engagements
  6. Detail-oriented and trustworthy, with a proactive mind-set and eagerness to learn

What We Offer

  1. Career growth opportunities within a forward-thinking and diversified group
  2. Company-provided accommodation for outstation hires or relocators
  3. Exposure to international business environments and high-level decision-making
  4. Hands-on experience working closely with top leadership
