Job summary

A local construction company based in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Assistant to manage the Director's schedule and handle correspondence professionally. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English, BM, and Mandarin, as well as excellent organizational abilities. This role demands multitasking in a fast-paced environment and requires discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office is a must, and candidates should have their own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle letters, emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with internal/external parties.
  • Maintain filing, documentation, and confidential records.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and monitoring daily tasks.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
