Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field, such as Corporate Finance.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or in a Corporate Finance function, with responsibilities of comparable scope.
  • Results-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (MUST), with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken forms.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high level of integrity.
  • Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation for the CEO, and accompany him when necessary to provide support such as taking notes, handling logistics, or assisting during presentations.
  • Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, handling them professionally and escalating when appropriate.
  • Manage incoming emails, faxes, and correspondence; often drafting replies or responding on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO in preparation for meetings, presentations, and decision-making.
  • Perform research and analysis on company financials and background to support strategic planning and business development.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, including minutes, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed and well-prepared.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and clients, suppliers, and internal staff, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, sourcing quotations, preparing cost comparisons, and managing utility payments on behalf of the CEO.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO, based on evolving business needs.
