Personal Assistant to CEO (Based in Quezon City, Philippines)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Liaise with department heads and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and execution of directives.
- Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership.
- Experience in agribusiness or poultry industry is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
