Job Summary

Is to assist founder in company presentation, and follow for networking session, arrange founder appointment so time be optimize well, and assist CPO of Big Bath for any add hoc task to achieve maximum positive result.

Work directly with our CPO (Chief Product Officer), gain exposure to strategy, AI tools, and business operations—this role is your fast track to leadership and potential future Group CEO/COO.

Your Job Scope

Coordinate and manage the founder’s daily schedule, appointments, and communications to ensure time is spent on high-impact tasks. Prepare talking points or relevant background materials before key meetings when needed to support smooth and efficient discussions.

Gather key data, reports, and insights from various departments (marketing, sales, Product, etc.) and organize them into clear, actionable summaries for weekly decision-making meetings with the CEO and core team.

Work closely with founders to assist in product corporate client presentation and internal teams to ensure founder-led projects are executed smoothly. Handle ad hoc tasks with speed and accuracy—especially those involving multimedia and online content.

Qualifications & Experience You Should Have
  • Possess Bachelor's or Diploma in business study or Administrative equivalent field (will be added advantage).
  • Must have 2 year experience as PA or EA before
  • Be ready response after office hour and ready work at weekend for event
  • Must know how to use Ai and have subscribe for ChatGPT + and DeepSeek
  • Must have Laptop
  • Must Have experience in working with marketing and multimedia freelancer
  • Must know read and write Mandarin language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
