A leading restaurant chain in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and possess a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mandarin is required. The successful candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver comprehensive executive support, including managing schedule, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel logistics.

Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents and confidential information are well managed and easily accessible.

Manage correspondence, including emails and letters, on behalf of the manager.
处理往来沟通,包括电子邮件及信件。
Draft, edit, and review reports, presentations, business documents, and official communications.

Plan and coordinate events and travel itineraries, covering flights, accommodations, and transportation.
策划并协调各类活动及差旅行程,包括航班、住宿及交通安排。
Prepare and process travel claims and expense reimbursement reports.
准备并处理差旅报销及费用报表。
Conduct research, compile data, and assist in preparing reports or proposals.

Minimum of 1 year’s experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a dynamic, professional setting.
至少1年在充满活力的专业环境中担任个人助理或行政助理的工作经验。
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills will be an added advantage.
