Overview

Deliver comprehensive executive support, including managing schedule, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel logistics. 提供全面的行政支持,包括管理日程、协调会议及安排出行。

Responsibilities
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. 制定会议议程、记录会议纪要,并确保相关事项得到及时跟进。
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents and confidential information are well managed and easily accessible. 整理并维护电子及纸质档案系统,确保文件及机密信息得到妥善管理并可随时查阅。
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and letters, on behalf of the manager. 处理往来沟通,包括电子邮件及信件。
  • Draft, edit, and review reports, presentations, business documents, and official communications. 撰写、编辑并校对报告、演示文稿、业务文件及正式函件。
  • Plan and coordinate events and travel itineraries, covering flights, accommodations, and transportation. 策划并协调各类活动及差旅行程,包括航班、住宿及交通安排。
  • Prepare and process travel claims and expense reimbursement reports. 准备并处理差旅报销及费用报表。

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a dynamic, professional setting. 至少1年在充满活力的专业环境中担任个人助理或行政助理的工作经验。
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling competing priorities under tight deadlines. 具备出色的组织能力和多任务处理能力,能在紧迫的期限内处理多重优先事项。
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills will be an added advantage. 熟练使用Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint);具备高级Excel或PowerPoint技能者优先。
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in administrative tasks. 高度关注细节,确保行政工作的准确性与质量。
