Job Responsibility
  1. Calendar Management: Organize and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring the executive is prepared and on time.
  2. Communication: Screen, manage, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence, often acting as the first point of contact.
  3. Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  4. Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
  5. Task Management: Assist with organizing and prioritizing daily tasks and projects.
  6. Errands and Personal Assistance: Run personal errands and handle everyday tasks as needed, including shopping, scheduling appointments, etc.
  7. Event Planning: Help plan and coordinate events, meetings, and business-related functions.
  8. Research: Conduct research and provide information on various topics or projects when needed.
  9. Financial Assistance: Track expenses and assist in budget management for both personal and business needs.
  10. Miscellaneous: Handle various administrative duties, including filing, answering calls, and ensuring smooth operations in both business and personal matters.

This job requires managing the boss's personal social media accounts, content planning, shooting and editing TikTok videos, as well as scriptwriting and planning. The candidate should have clear logical thinking, the ability to work independently, a strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, creativity, and the ability to keep up with real-time trending topics. Accommodation is provided for candidates from outside the area, and the position follows a 5-day work per week with additional benefits such as EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, and bonuses.

Job Requirements
