Responsibilities
- Assist Group COO for daily activities.
- Prepare, draft and review letters, agreements and contracts.
- Prepare quotation and tender documentation when needed.
- Verify data and reports prepared by Admin Dept. for billing purposes.
- Liaise with Account Dept. to monitor account payable and receivable of ongoing projects.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

We are a construction-based company engaged mainly as earthwork and infrastructure contractor as well as transporter and supply of armour rock and boulders. Having been in the business for 10 years, we are now firmly established as one of the main earthwork contractors and supplier of armour rocks and boulders in town. To add value to our function as an earthwork contractor, we source for earth mainly from our sites (through joint venture with land owners). Armour rocks, boulders and other quarry products are sourced either to our project as we as sale of armour rocks and boulders to our customers. With our own source of earth, we are able to maintain competitive pricing over our competitors.
