Job Responsibility

  • Manage and organize the Managing Directorâs calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for travel between office to site.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing events and conferences.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Willing to work outstation alongside the Managing Director, ready to contribute and support wherever needed.

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak in Malay, English and Mandarin.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must possess own transportation for travel.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff, clients, and partners.
