Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant toSenior Management to provide top-tier administrative and executive support.

Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage senior management’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Assist in project management and follow up on action points from meetings.
  • Conduct research and gather data for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and support company events, conferences, and engagements.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
