Qualifications

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as a strategic and administrative support to the HOD, managing calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, and proactively preventing scheduling conflicts.
  2. Provide full support for meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, conducting relevant research, and assisting in the development of presentations and materials.
  3. Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
  4. Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events as needed, providing end-to-end logistical and operational support.
  5. Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Head of Department, demonstrating discretion, reliability, and executional excellence.
  6. Draft emails, reports, internal documents and presentations.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
