A leading company in wealth management is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Group CEO. The role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative assistance. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the GCEO’s calendar, including scheduling of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, presentation materials, and follow-up on key deliverables.
Track and follow up on emails, correspondence, and delegated tasks to ensure timely responses and completion.
Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, visas, accommodation, itineraries, and ground transport.
Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, presentations, and report compilation.
Manage GCEO’s properties (eg: rental collection and payments) and act as bank liaison personnel (eg: monitor and timely payments of loans)
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or administrative role (minimum 2 - 3 years preferred).
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or other related fields.
High proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, multitasking, time management abilities and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
