Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate strategic initiatives for the Director by scheduling, tracking and liaising short-range and long-range plans, projects and events with direct reports
  • Provide time-management support to the Director
  • On behalf of the Director, create presentations, memos, policies and procedures, proposals, emails and reports to be delivered to internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate successful relationships between the Director and internal/external parties
  • Serve as a liaison and work cross-functionally with all departments internally
  • Serve as front-line support for the Director
  • Provide support during and after meetings
  • Work collaboratively with social media & Public Relation specialists
  • Remain alert to the needs of the organization and Director
  • Adhoc administrative task as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma and above
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years of administrative assistance experience or project management, open to fresh graduates
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in marketing, branding, communications or social media preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple, complex & competing priorities, projects, programs and events
  • Expertise in presentation development
  • Photography and video editing skills
  • Ability to use critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Crisis management experience preferred
  • Performance-driven role
  • Knows how to drive / own a car (preferred but not mandatory)
