Provide executive level administrative support to the CEO.
Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
Efficiently manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments while optimizing their time.
Plan and book travel arrangements for CEO, ensuring smooth and well-organized itineraries.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screening calls and emails, and prioritizing information for executives.
Prepare meeting materials, organize proceedings, and ensure efficient and productive gatherings.
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents with attention to detail.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
A minimum of 15 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, with a diploma or higher qualification.
Fluency in both Malay and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A friendly demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
