Job summary

A dynamic organization located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage the executive's calendar, handle travel arrangements, and respond to correspondence. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar personal assistant or executive assistant role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handling all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and transportation.
  • Responding to emails, letters and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
