A dynamic organization located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage the executive's calendar, handle travel arrangements, and respond to correspondence. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Immediate availability is a plus.
Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. Handling all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and transportation. Responding to emails, letters and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
