Responsibilities
  • Personal Assistance and Task Management: Provide high-level personal and professional support to senior management, including managing daily priorities, handling reminders, running errands, and coordinating both business and personal tasks efficiently.
  • Financial Document Handling: Review and organise financial statements, invoices, and receipts; ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and flag any inconsistencies for further review.
  • Administrative and Office Support: Perform general administrative duties such as managing emails, preparing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and supporting smooth office operations.
  • Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Assist in compiling reports and presentation materials.
  • Liaison and Confidential Support: Act as a trusted point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
