- Financial Document Handling: Review and organise financial statements, invoices, and receipts; ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and flag any inconsistencies for further review.
- Administrative and Office Support: Perform general administrative duties such as managing emails, preparing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and supporting smooth office operations.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Assist in compiling reports and presentation materials.
