We are seeking a sharp, reliable and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal and analytical expertise, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and business analyses. This role requires adaptability to dynamic schedules, discretion in handling sensitive matters, and the flexibility to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum, high-level administrative and strategic support to the Director across all business ventures and initiatives.
- Constantly remind, advise and follow up on all tasks, deadlines and decisions.
- Present clear pros and cons for major decisions, with strong critical thinking and business judgement.
- Act as gatekeeper and filter, managing an often variable and high-speed schedule.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze high quality business reports, proposals, term sheets, presentations, and business insights to aid decision-making.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts and regulatory compliance materials.
- Conduct market, legal and financial analysis to support business expansion and acquisition decisions.
- Offer legal advisory support on corporate matters such as labour law, corporate finance, taxation, and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and secure documentation, records, and correspondence.
- Attend management meetings, take minutes, and track action items for execution.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders including business partners, agencies, legal advisors, consultant and related government authorities.
- Support M&A activities including due diligence, deal coordination and post-acquisition follow up.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with discretion, integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and personal matters.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.
- Support strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of assigned projects.
- Address ad-hoc requests and challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with legal exposure.

- Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and corporate advisory matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Ability to manage unstructured schedules and adapt to last-minute changes effectively.
