Support the General Manager directly, including daily administration, research, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and other documents required by the General Manager for meetings.
Work closely with the internal team and coordinate business activities to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the General Manager.
Assist in applying for government licenses and permits, such as diesel licenses and export-related licenses.
Manage the application and renewal of licenses and work permits.
Perform office administration duties, such as answering phone calls and handling bank and utility matters as required.
Assist in billing processes, including drafting and preparing Proforma Invoices, Delivery Orders, Sales Invoices, and filing.
Manage special assignments or ad hoc tasks assigned by the General Manager from time to time.
Assist in project management activities.
