Job description

Job Description

Manage the CRM system to ensure proper assignment and reallocation of leads, clients, and partners to the appropriate Business Development team members.

Implement and enforce CRM workflows and guidelines that support company goals and follow industry standards.

Produce periodic reports and insights on Business Development performance metrics, including lead acquisition, trading activity, conversion efficiency, and client/partner retention.

Serve as the main contact for CRM-related issues, providing support and maintenance, and liaising with IT and other departments when necessary.

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of Tableau dashboards by routinely refreshing data, applying quality control checks, and resolving data-related issues.

Work alongside the Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders to define and track KPIs and performance standards for the Business Development team.

Deliver training and ongoing support to team members on CRM usage, Backend tools, Tableau, and other essential platforms.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at boosting the department’s productivity and overall impact.

Keep informed about the latest trends and best practices in CRM, analytics, and business development to help the company stay competitive and enhance client/partner service.

Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Solid mathematical abilities
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Business Development operations, workflows, and pipeline management
  • Proficient in English and Malay
