The Data Scientist will utilize advanced analytics, data science methodologies, and AI tools to optimize marketing performance. This role is responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling to uncover actionable insights, guide strategic decision-making, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct A/B testing, predictive modeling, and advanced analyses to identify optimization opportunities and enhance campaign performance across marketing channels.
- Use AI and machine learning tools to extract insights from large datasets, enabling proactive and data-informed strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and other team members to align performance metrics and KPIs with broader business and marketing goals.
- Generate comprehensive reports on marketing KPIs, trends, and predictive data, providing clear, actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Support data hygiene, list management, and shared services across sales operations and RevOps for optimal data accuracy and accessibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science, performance analytics, or data analysis within a marketing or B2B environment.
- Proficiency with AI and machine learning platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is good to have.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data storytelling for strategic application.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into accessible insights, supporting actionable recommendations for performance optimization.
