Qualifications

• Based in Johor Bahru and on-site work required.
• 1-3 years of videography experience in digital marketing, content, or ads production preferred.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, editing and audio basics.
• Experience shooting for social media, short-form content, or digital ads.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for marketing campaigns, primarily for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) & Google Ads (YouTube, Display).
• Handle end-to-end video production including concept interpretation, shot planning, lighting, camera operation & editing.
• Collaborate with social media, product, and events teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
• Produce video content optimized for different formats (vertical, horizontal, short-form, ads creatives).
• Ensure consistency in visual quality, framing, lighting, and brand direction.
• Manage and maintain video equipment and shooting setup.
• Stay updated with video trends, ad formats, and platform best practices.
