Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Performance Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing, communication, and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and evaluate new media opportunities to improve acquisition results and optimize performance.
  • Lead the creative development of campaign materials, including briefings and collaboration with the Creative and Content Team.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create impactful paid media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the retail team to align paid amplification with retail conversion strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to optimize performance.
  • Manage live campaigns and provide post-campaign analysis to inform future initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Management, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing customer-centric acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Google Ads, DV360, and other performance marketing tools.
  • Experience with managing digital campaigns across display, search, and paid social channels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop data-led stories.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience with full marketing mix campaign management.
  • Experience collaborating with external media, creative, and PR agencies.
  • Strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets for cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
