Job summary

Quadco Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan, set up and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Shopee and TikTok to drive ROAS and revenue.

Work closely with creative teams, run A/B tests, monitor budgets, and analyze analytics to improve sales and customer acquisition in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, conversions, CPA, CPC and revenue
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve the best possible return
• Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research
• Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences and campaign strategies
• Perform A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
• Track website and e-commerce performance using analytics and conversion data
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, leads and customer acquisition
• Prepare regular performance reports with key insights and recommendations
• Work closely with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Monitor market trends and competitor advertising activities
• Optimize product listings and campaigns for e-commerce platforms
• Stay updated with changes and new features across advertising platforms
• Ensure accurate tracking of conversions, pixels and campaign performance
