Job Summary

As a Digital Campaign Associate, you will support major digital campaign initiatives across 2X. You will be exposed to multiple platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, 6sense, etc. used by the largest B2B organizations. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be at the forefront of assisting and managing clients’ advertising projects, ensuring that best practices and delivery standards are being upheld while independently executing campaigns with little to no mistakes. The role is expected to contribute significantly to team and client goals, showing interest and eagerness to learn advanced digital marketing , contributing significantly to team and client goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • - Provide advanced operational strategy, execution and support across a variety of paid campaign platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6Sense, etc ).
  • - Work closely with specialists and managers to ensure campaigns are in steady delivery and budget exhaustion is on track.
  • - Daily monitoring of paid campaigns, alerting seniors if performance falls below expectations.
  • - Optimize campaigns and improve work processes to achieve efficiency, translating campaign statistics into insights and suggesting recommendations.
  • - Supports maintenance of dashboards through regular performance data extraction, reporting, and documentation.
  • - Prepare and present campaign performance and work progression to the internal team and client.

Requirements

  • - 6-12 months of relevant work experience is preferred, especially in paid campaigns.
  • - Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • - Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
  • - Interest in continuous skill development in digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
  • - Possesses a resourceful mindset & strong analytical skills .
  • - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • - Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and handle detailed projects.
  • - Self-motivated & able to work independently while being a team player.
