Job Overview:

At TIME Retail (Digital Team), we are working on curating the best digital acquisition experience for our consumers. The Digital team is to revolutionise the distribution of our consumer home broadband product to be fully digital in the next 2-3 years.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about data, digital acquisition & digital marketing and are eager to grow their careers in this fast-paced industry.

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and growing revenue for our internet fibre services. You will play a key role in ensuring that marketing investments are optimized for maximum return on investment (ROI) by utilizing a mix of paid digital channels and analytics tools.

Your Work Life:

Campaign Strategy & Management:

● Develop, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic display.

● Focus on driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and subscription growth for our internet fibre services.

● Implement and adjust targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets to meet performance goals and deliver maximum ROI.

Sales Copywriting:

● Write compelling and conversion-focused copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and other marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.

● Develop persuasive sales messaging that communicates the benefits of our internet services, drives urgency, and nurtures leads through the sales funnel.

● Tailor messaging to specific customer segments to improve engagement and increase conversion rates.

Content Optimization & Testing:

● Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on copy, headlines, calls-to-action (CTAs), and ad creatives to identify high-performing variations.

● Work closely with the design team to ensure that ad visuals complement copy and drive results.

● Continuously refine messaging based on data analysis and feedback.

Analytics & Reporting:

● Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.

● Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance, optimizing for growth.

● Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other data platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation:

● Develop audience segmentation strategies to target specific customer profiles with personalized messaging and offers.

● Create and optimize retargeting campaigns to capture leads who have shown interest in our services but have not yet converted.

Collaboration:

● Partner with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Support, to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals.

● Collaborate with designers and developers to create landing pages, ads, and email campaigns that maximize conversions.

● Work with external agencies or freelancers when needed for campaign execution.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

● Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, copywriting, and performance marketing.

● Experiment with new tools, platforms, and strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

To be considered, you’ll need:

Key Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

● 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of running successful digital marketing campaigns.

● Proven experience in sales copywriting, with the ability to write compelling, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy.

● Strong knowledge of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

● Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel for data analysis.

● Experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and multivariate testing.

● Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to digital advertising.

● Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasion.

● Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

● Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

● Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

● Knowledge of customer journey mapping and understanding of the digital buyer’s journey.
