Job Description

The role involves developing, implementing, and interpreting Performance Management policies, procedures, and processes, and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure they are updated accordingly. It also includes managing the development and implementation of a company-wide performance management program, providing advice, and making recommendations to management and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develops, implements, and interprets Performance Management policies, procedures, and processes
  • Manages the development and implementation of company-wide performance management programs
  • Designs, manages, and reviews Performance Management systems to ensure optimized and proper usage of systems and tools
  • Develops and conducts presentations/training for management and staff on performance management systems
  • Advances holistic performance culture, partners with LandD team to build people managers' capabilities, and incorporates DEI, ethics, etc.
  • Facilitates performance KPI cascading across functions and conducts calibration sessions at leadership/enterprise level
  • Co-partners with Strategy Division on development, review, and monitoring of Corporate Scorecards related to People elements
Requirements
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience developing, implementing, or evaluating performance management systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
