Job summary

foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly analytical Senior Specialist, Performance (Courier Pricing) to design and optimize rider payment and incentive strategies across APAC markets. You will bridge high-level business goals with on-the-ground operations, using data-driven insights to improve rider earnings, fleet performance and logistics efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• University degree in STEM, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker to independently analyze data and build robust models.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with ability to challenge the status quo and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Incentive Strategy & Governance: Define and optimize rider payment and incentive models for regional markets.
• Financial Impact & Cost Efficiency: Monitor cost-per-order trends and align incentives with profitability targets.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Rollout of Models & Automation: Lead regional implementation of data science models and tools.
• Initiative Rollout & Innovation: Introduce new pay components and dynamics to improve logistics.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with Central Product team to translate requirements into product requests.
• Stakeholder Management & Market Partnership: Build relationships with market teams to scale solutions.
