Job description

Danone Asia & Service Delivery Centre, Kuala Lumpur, is a Finance Shared Service dedicated to delivering exceptional service experiences across China, North Asia & Oceania (CNAO), and India-South East Asia (ISEA). We are currently seeking a replacement for a key role. The incumbent will support the DBS value capture process, manage the cost rolling forecast, and control for Danone Asia-Service Delivery Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This role is essential in monitoring and driving the organization's performance, focusing on cost, productivity, SLA, RSLA, and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accuracy of DBS cost forecast and reporting to Danone reporting system;
2. Make sure the successful and timely closing of DBS cost, P&L, and Cash Flow; identify and push gap closing actions on time;
3. Analyze actual cost vs. rolling forecast across different service lines and follow up with service lines for action plans;
4. Provide clear analysis on rolling forecast, risks, and opportunities during regular financial review meetings with Danone headquarters;
5. Maintain & improve relevant allocation rules for cross-charging costs to the respective parties, including Danone headquarters, ensuring profitability levels comply with tax regulations;
6. Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control rules regarding DBS costs;
7. Support DBS SLA, RSLA, and Integration Charter processes;
8. Coordinate with service lines for KPI design and setting KPI targets aligned with global strategy;
9. Support KPI automation projects, including data logic design, UAT, and follow-up;
10. Consolidate and analyze IBS KPIs, and push service lines for improvement plans;
11. Coordinate and support the review and update of DBS documentation (Policy, SOP, WI) for the DBS service line.

About you

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related major. CPA, ACCA, or any recognized finance certification is preferred;
2. At least 5 years of finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in business planning and expense control;
3. Good command of spoken and written business English;
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to SAP R/3 is preferred.
