YOUR TASKS

  • Provide strategic support in employee recognition, communication, HR intranet site, management of employee surveys, and employee welfare programs that reinforce business strategy and improve satisfaction.
  • Accountable for all internal communications related to employee engagement, demonstrating high creativity.
  • Develop and coordinate multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, videos, point-of-purchase displays) for employee engagement events and activities.
  • Manage all internal engagement activities across targeted digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute the yearly internal engagement activities from start to finish.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies (e.g., printers, event organizers, graphic designers) to ensure work meets requirements, deadlines, and budget.
  • Research, write, design, and edit internal HR process collateral suitable for the target employees.
  • Prepare reports on data results, present, and explain findings to Senior Management.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Assist with audits to ensure proper job classification and compliance.
  • Aggregate data, maintain HR data quality, and analyze data.
  • Analyze employee responses to internal and external surveys.
  • Support the manager in preparing and analyzing departmental reports.

  • Strong written English communication skills.

  • Project management skills.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics/transportation or multinational companies.
  • Degree in HR, Logistics, or Marketing.
