Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Understanding of the hiring process.
• Strong interview and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
