In this role you will make an impact by:

• You will be responsible for the key People & Organization (P&O) projects: Integration and Optimization, M&A Support, Employee Engagement and Experience, Strategic Implementation, Other projects decided by management team.
• Project Planning and Execution, Progress Tracking and Quality Assurance, Data Analysis and Recommendations, Compliance Management.
• Work closely with different departments and cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, facilitate information sharing, and achieve project goals.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels, resolve potential issues, and manage conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability to evolving business needs.

To succeed you must hold:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in HR operations and project management, preferably managing projects across multiple countries in the APAC region.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, and/or Oceania.
• Extensive experience managing HR projects, such as M&A and integration; experience in global projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Business Partnering (BP) model is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.
