Your new role

You will be given the autonomy to lead a team of your own and play a key role in supporting the senior leadership team in business growth. We are looking for a well-spoken Manager with outstanding abilities at articulating and delivering messages as expected as an HRBP paired with an approachable, friendly personality. Your key focus would include manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, people-management and business partnering with the Group. You will be supported by Group HR on payroll and compensation benefits and the remaining employee life cycle will be under your purview. This position will be 70% operational and 30% business partnering.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. More than 10-years work experience in full spectrum of HR
  2. Must have experience in manpower planning & budgeting
  3. Added advantage if experienced within Education or equivalent industries
  4. Preferably experienced in working with expatriate stakeholders
