Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic People Operations Manager to lead and support key people functions across the organization. This role will be critical in fostering a strong company culture, improving employee experience, and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of HR. The ideal candidate is a people-first leader who is organized, proactive, and passionate about employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, office operations, facilities upkeep, and vendor coordination.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and aligned with company culture.
  3. Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
  4. Plan and execute engaging activities that promote team bonding, employee well-being, and a positive work environment.
  5. Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback, reviews, and promotions.
  6. Partner with leadership and managers to resolve employee relations issues and build high-performing teams.
  7. Lead compensation and benefits reviews, benchmarking, and payroll coordination (in partnership with Finance).
  8. Own people data analytics and reporting to inform leadership decisions and identify trends or gaps.
  9. Ensure consistent and clear internal communications across all HR-related updates and programs.
  10. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in hiring and throughout the employee lifecycle.
  11. Manage or support organizational changes and internal restructuring with empathy and discretion.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  2. 6+ years of progressive experience in HR or People Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
  3. Solid understanding of HR practices, labor law compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. High emotional intelligence with a people-centric mindset.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
