About the role
We are looking for motivated People Data & Analytics Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in HR data & analytics or business intelligence. You’ll support a global HR data operation by producing high-quality reports and dashboards, validating and continuous improvement data accuracy in SAP SuccessFactors and many other business applications through our data governance framework, and contributing to global initiatives in data quality and automation. This is a growth role—ideal for someone who understands the basics and wants to deepen their skills in data storytelling, automation, and global collaboration.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors Stories, Canvas and Table modules, using standardized global templates and metrics
Perform data validation and support data uploads in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) using structured tools and quality checks
Identify data quality issues and proactively gather key SMEs to fix from the root case to build a solid the data quality strategy
Collaborate with peers across Global Business Shared Centres and local, regional and global regions to align on data & reporting standards
Support documentation of data processes, business rules, and user guides
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to understand reporting needs and deliver on them with support
Learn and apply principles of data governance and process automation
Qualifications and skills
2–3 years working in HR data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)—data structures, uploads, and basic workflows
Familiarity with Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors Stories, Canvas and Table modules, advanced Excel, macros, and an appetite to apply scripting tools (e.g., Python, APIs, Power Automate)
Experience working in a global or regional team environment is preferred
Comfortable communicating updates and presenting reports and data initiatives to team members and mid-level stakeholders
