Fully involve on recruitment activities which include sourcing, screening, arrange and conducting interview

Manage reports for recruitment activities and improve hiring lead time as well as identify areas of improvement for enhancement

TALENT MANAGEMENT

Strategize and lead initiative for corporate value and belief to instill, motivate and energize employees towards high performance culture

Create strategic HR Communication Plan such as Buletin, Workshop, Briefing to ensure all significant Company policies promptly communicated to and understood by employee

Formulate and champion employee engagement initiatives to instill sense of belonging and connection to Company’s culture and values

Lead and drive transformation program to enhance culture of innovative and strong culture of shared values

Collaborate with various team to ensure people processes aligned to all other units in the Company with value-added approach

STAFF ENGAGEMENT

Foster healthy employer-employee working relationship

Manage engagement program set by Company and follow up with feedback collection for overall future enhancement plan

Improve overall Employee Experience and lead Company-wide engagement initiatives aligned with Company set objective

JOB REQUIREMENT

Min Degree in related field

Candidate with experience in mass-recruitment especially in F&B, FMCG or retail sector will have added advantage

Excellent interpersonal with good command of English

Able to handle sensitive information to the highest level of discretion

Proven track record of successful hiring campaign
