Purpose of the role To support the delivery of core People Function services and administrative processes across multiple people-related functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR operations, including employment administration, personnel records management, HR reporting, rewards and benefits administration, compliance activities, employee inquiries, and workflow automation initiatives. As part of the administrative career stream, the role provides operational and technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day People Function service delivery. The incumbent applies established HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to manage routine activities while maintaining data accuracy, service quality, and regulatory compliance. Working under general supervision, the People Advisor exercises sound judgment within defined processes and guidelines to resolve routine issues and support employee and business needs. The role requires the ability to handle tasks of moderate complexity, prioritize workload effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. This role is ideal for HR professionals seeking to build broad HR operational expertise while supporting a high-quality employee experience and efficient HR service delivery.
