Due to our business expansion, were now hiring a PEO HR Consultant.

What is PEO?

Professional Employment Organization (PEO) is a form of outsourcing that hires employees on your behalf through our local companies in a global market. As the Employer of Record (EoR), we handle all the administrative work such as payroll and recruitment, and your employee can start work in a matter of as short as 48 hours all while complying with rules and regulations in accordance to local legislations.

We provide PEO services for the global market, specifically China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and United States.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with regional teams and other key 3rd party partners to best serve our customers
  • Support preparation of monthly payroll reports across multiple regions
  • Support onboarding/offboarding of EOR employees across multiple regions
  • Manage relationships with key clients
  • Develop, document and maintain benefits procedures and cross-functional workflows in conjunction with our services
  • Use data to drive fact-based decision making to optimize our service offerings
  • Serve as a HR expert to support internal and external teams

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years HR operations or BPO experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication bilingually (English required), interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and changing environment, deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with strong multitask skills
  • Experience in managing HR related projects/programs is preferred
  • Experience in MS office especially Excel, Word, etc.
