Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor located in Bukit Minyak, Pulau Pinang. You will oversee the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods, ensure orders are accurately filled, and perform QA checks on all products received before stocking or distributing.

You will maintain stock levels, manage equipment, and conduct regular inventory counts, driving efficiency, safety, and profitability at the site with a strong emphasis on process discipline.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 4 years of materials experience, with advanced experience using MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment.
• Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and regularly stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.
