Job Description

Responsibility:

  1. Ensure the team members welcome all customers with clear greetings and guide them to their seats in a courteous and polite manner.
  2. Guide the team with “Added-Value” service to customers.
  3. Maintain outlet cleanliness and brightness.
  4. Ensure team members are in proper appearance and posture at all times.
  5. Monitor outlet sales performance, stock freshness, manpower management (duty roster planning), and understand general operation costs.
  6. Ensure compliance with company regulations and standards in hygiene and safety legislation.
  7. Provide leadership and effective communication through coaching and counseling to team members.

Qualifications

Requirement
Must:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or SPM in Any Field
  • 2 years of experience in store staff in the Food & Beverage Industry

Advantaged:
  • Able to speak Japanese at N2 level

Additional Information

Basic salary: RM3,800-RM4,200
Additional Benefits:

  • Japanese language allowance (Up to RM600)
  • Transportation fee is claim-based
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS
  • Bonus (subject to company performance)
  • Meal: Once per day

Leave:
  • Annual Leave first year: 8 days
  • Medical Leave first year: 14 days
