PEGAWAI TEKNOLOGI MAKLUMAT (IT) (GRED F1)

The role

We are looking for a talented IT Officer to join our team at MILLENIA AQUA SERVICES SDN BHD. In this full-time role based in Ipoh, Perak, you will be responsible for providing IT support and maintenance to ensure the smooth running of our computer systems and networks.

Key responsibilities

Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to staff for hardware, software and network-related issues

Performing regular maintenance and updates on computer systems, servers and network equipment

Monitoring IT systems and infrastructure to identify and resolve any problems or potential issues

Implementing security measures to protect company data and systems from cyber threats

Assisting with the deployment of new IT equipment and software across the organisation

Providing training and guidance to staff on the use of IT systems and applications

Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient support

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or network administration role

Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as network management

Familiarity with common operating systems, productivity software and cloud-based applications

Good problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve IT-related issues

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff at all levels

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Relevant IT certifications such as A+, Network+ or CCNA would be an advantage
