Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities

1. Open and close the gate as necessary and control traffic when required.
2. Check staff, workers, suppliers, and customers at the main entrance gate.
3. Register and record data of suppliers and customers in the VMS system.
4. Inspect all vehicles and pick-up/delivery trucks entering or leaving the factory.
5. Ensure contractors, suppliers, visitors, and customers are not allowed to bring mobile phones and other electronic devices inside the factory.
6. Keep electronic devices under CCTV monitoring to prevent theft.
7. Verify that the seal on containers (latex tankers) matches the details in the Delivery Note (DN).
8. Prepare security and safety reports hourly and record clocking at relevant points.
9. Maintain and update the clocking logbook and security logbook regularly.
10. Monitor workers' movements during rest periods.
11. Inspect all staff and workers entering and leaving the factory.
12. Ensure all staff and workers adhere to company policies and laws.
13. Keep the Guard Post/Room and its surroundings clean and in good condition.
14. Take additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
15. Follow the scope of authority as outlined in the work process procedures and instructions.

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least SPM qualification or higher.
2. Good command of English and Malay, both spoken and written.
3. Results-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
