Detailed Job Description

As a Pega Application Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and support of business applications built on the Pega Platform. Working alongside architects, business analysts, and development teams, you will help implement scalable workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Pega Platform V8.0 or later, including workflow development, user interface design, business rules configuration, and system integrations. You will be involved in the full application development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and configuration to testing and deployment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business applications using the Pega Platform V8.0+
• Design and configure workflows, screen flows, tab flows, subflows, and flow actions
• Implement business process automation solutions based on functional requirements
• Create and maintain UI components including Harnesses, Sections, Portals, and Local Actions
• Develop Data Transforms, Correspondence Templates, Decisioning rules, and Validation Rules

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Practical experience with Flows, Screen Flows, Tab Flows, Subflows, and Flow Actions
• Strong understanding of UI Rules, Harnesses, Sections, Portals, and Local Actions
• Experience with Data Transforms, Correspondence Templates, and Validation Rules
• Understanding of Pega Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) integration frameworks
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, HTTP, Email Listeners, or File Listeners
