Job summary

Lets Grow Early Intervention Centre in Jenjarum, Selangor, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and plan individualized therapy for children with special needs. You will collaborate with teachers, speech therapists, and families to support development across motor, sensory, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Passionate about working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess children’s developmental, sensory, and motor skills.
• Plan and implement individualized occupational therapy intervention plans.
• Support children in basic attentive, fine motor, sensory integration, daily living, and school readiness skills.
• Work collaboratively with special educators, speech therapists, and families.
• Monitor and document progress, adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Communicate with parents on therapy goals, strategies, and progress.
