Role Summary
As the Pediatric Nutritionist / Dietitian at Kabrita Malaysia, you will be the key educator and advocate for maternal and infant nutrition. You will support public education efforts, moms’ groups, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and reseller teams to build Kabrita's brand credibility and trust. Your mission is to bridge science with parent-friendly communication, especially around goat milk formula and early childhood nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Nutrition Engagement
- Organize and conduct nutrition roadshows, health talks, and live demonstrations at baby shops, confinement centers, and pharmacies.
- Deliver practical, evidence-based nutrition content tailored for pregnant moms and parents of young children.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align initiatives with brand campaigns.
2. Support for Moms’ Groups & KOLs
- Actively engage in moms' groups via webinars, Q&As, and social content on baby and maternal nutrition.
- Provide professional nutritional direction for KOL/KOC content development.
- Review and support influencer review packs to ensure messaging accuracy and impact.
3. KOL/KOC Review Pack Preparation
- Assist in curating and packing product review kits for influencers.
- Provide nutritional write-ups, usage tips, and educational content to accompany review packs.
4. Reseller Training & Product Education
- Deliver Kabrita product training and pediatric nutrition updates to resellers and pharmacy staff, especially in Klang Valley.
- Develop engaging training materials such as slide decks, FAQ sheets, and product comparisons.
- Serve as a go-to expert for customer-facing staff needing clarification on product benefits and use cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or equivalent.
- Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in maternal and child health, community nutrition, or FMCG/infant products.
- Passionate communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Able to simplify complex nutritional concepts for general public understanding.
- Willing to travel frequently across regions in Malaysia.
Advantages (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with infant formula, goat milk, or pediatric supplements.
- Experience working with KOLs, parenting communities, or PR content.
- Multilingual – English, Mandarin, and Malay are ideal.
Working Arrangement
- Work Days: 5 days per week – 4 weekdays + 1 weekend (for public events, roadshows, or webinars).
- Occasional evening events/webinars required.
- Hybrid work flexibility available when not on-site or traveling.
