Job summary

Bosch in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking a junior engineering professional to troubleshoot and analyze failure devices or PCBA boards. You will update debug reports, support quality improvements, and collaborate with engineers to gain new product knowledge.

The role requires a Diploma or certificate in Engineering and 1–2 years of related experience, with a focus on ICT or testing environments. On-site work with standard leave and insurance benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
• Beginner 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Debug troubleshooting in ICT or Testing background)
• Able to lead a team in cross functional way to solve the problem.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shooting and analyzing failure device or PCBA boards.
• Analyze problems using problem solving techniques and provide timely temporary and permanent countermeasures to achieve targets.
• Responsible for daily shift fall of rate report and input into MIS.
• Assist superior to carry out various studies for quality improvement.
• To liaise with engineer groups for new product knowledge and NTF improvement.
