Job summary

Prudential plc in Malaysia seeks a Training & Induction Coordinator to support structured learning, onboarding, and ongoing staff development with a focus on compliance and quality training materials.

You will coordinate logistics, assist in creating e-learning content, manage schedules, and track feedback while collaborating with HR and business units to ensure effective training outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating a structured learning framework aligned with business and individual needs, including CPD tracking, Flexiquiz integration, and QR code registration, while ensuring compliance with statutory training requirements.
• Supporting the Induction Training programme by maintaining and updating training materials.
• Collaborating with the banca training team and other departments to develop and coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes.
• Assisting in the creation of training aids such as e-learning modules, handbooks, online tutorials, and multimedia presentations.
• Managing daily administrative tasks, including responding to internal and external queries, arranging training logistics (room bookings, calendar invites, catering, equipment), monitoring attendance, and collecting feedback from participants and providers.
• Supporting ad hoc projects such as BSC data compilation.
