Job description

Prepare IFRS and/or local GAAP financial statements and notes, management reports, and other related documents required for local statutory reporting for a group of countries under your responsibility in the Finance Center of Excellence (FCOE).

1. Identify, calculate, and post all necessary GAAP or timing adjustments to obtain the local statutory trial balance.
2. Track and coordinate activities, status, and planning for statutory audits by working closely with external auditors.
3. Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to provide required periodic information, e.g., tax package, treasury inputs.
4. Prepare documentation and submissions required for local country reporting or other requirements.
5. Execute roles and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
6. Identify automation and standardization opportunities when preparing documentation for NXP entities under the group.

Job Qualifications

1. Qualified accountant (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) with 5-8 years of experience in accounting, including preparing or auditing statutory financial statements.
2. Strong knowledge of IFRS & local GAAP.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
