Company DescriptionJob DescriptionReporting to the Sr Manager, Payroll, you will partner with various stakeholders to process timely payments for employees
across the US, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support other payroll and accounting activities. A successful candidate has a background with multi-company payroll with multi-jurisdictional tax, is highly analytical, innovative, and experienced with data driven processes. Intermediate Excel skills, or the ability to learn intermediate Excel tasks, is required.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with maintaining, preparing, and processing biweekly payrolls to ensure timely and accurate employee payments including but not limited to salaries, garnishments, taxes, and deductions.
- Review accuracy of data entered for new hires, terminations, and additional employee changes prior to finalizing the payroll.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for review to appropriate departments while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll audits by providing payroll records and documentation.
- Balance, verify and research, if needed, employee paid time off accruals.
- Review, update, and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills (must be comfortable using or learning formulas).
- Strict attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact at all levels of employees and managers globally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and agility to balance strategic projects and day-to-day analysis and compensation support.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors Time Management System is highly preferred.
- Experience working with ADP Workforce Now is an added advantage.
- Experience working with SAP ERP Systems is preferred.
